About Ally Fabish CIIC

I’m Ally Fabish, a Senior Internal Communications Consultant with over 15 years of experience helping large organisations engage, align, and inspire their people.

My career has taken me from New Zealand to the UK, where I helped lead communications for a large utility company, supporting more than 3,500 employees, many of them remote or off-site, through major programmes and culture-building initiatives.

More recently, I’ve helped direction of communications for councils in New Zealand, guiding both internal and external audiences with clear and consistent messaging.

Certified with the London Institute of Internal Communications (CIIC), I specialise in turning “corporate speak” into human messages that people actually connect with. I’ve redesigned intranets to make them more useful and engaging, and I’ve spent time listening to employees to understand what they really want and need from their communications. From strategy design and leadership alignment to hands-on delivery across intranets, campaigns, events, and digital platforms, my work is about creating clarity, trust, and lasting engagement.

Along the way I’ve won awards for innovation and impact in communications, led multicultural teams, and championed initiatives that made workplaces more inclusive and inspiring.
